Dr. Campbell, in addition to providing the vision for TerraTonka, assembled a team of Preferred Professional Associates to work together to attain his vision. Every member of the team has extensive experience and was thoroughly vetted and selected by Dr. Campbell based on established criteria as summarized below:

    CURT NEWCOMB, C.L. NEWCOMB & ASSOCIATES

    Curt has been working with Dr. Campbell since the project's inception. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in MN and WI. C.L. Newcomb & Associates provides consultation services in the areas of residential and commercial development and investment properties. Curt has served on the Board of Directors and Government Committees of both the Minnesota Association of Realtors and the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors. He was recognized as the 2009 'Realtor of the Year' by the St. Paul Association of Realtors. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, Curt served 29 years as an officer in the U.S. Army, retiring with the Rank of Colonel.

    Mark has owned and operated a new construction and remodeling company for several years. He has focused on building custom homes in some of the most prestigious residential developments in the Metro area.     Tony has been an independent Home Designer for over 30 years. He has designed numerous new constructions, many to be fit on challenging terrain, as well as extensive remodeling projects. Tony's own words best reflect his approach to designing a home:
