ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINMENT MANAGEMENT
A tenet of the TerraTonka neighborhood is environmental sustainment. A Neighborhood Association will be established to assure the natural resources found within the neighborhood will be properly managed.
There are two (2) Preservation Areas within the TerraTonka neighborhood. The Association will oversee and coordinate actions that comply with the City of Minnetonka's ordinances and guidelines, control invasive species and protect the native forest.
Association by-laws describing general operating principles and more detailed Association environmental management responsibilities and procedures will be published as they are finalized.
