Summary of Restrictive Covenants

City must approve a grading and tree preservation plan for each lot and a plan for installation of a temporary driveway, erosion control, and tree protection for each lot prior to construction.

Side yard setbacks requirements for Phase1, Lot 1 are 10 feet from the north lot line and 50 feet from the south lot line.

The Outlot will remain in the Conservation Easement and will not be developed.
